吴晓钢，西方语言文化学院副教授，德语系主任、双语认知与发展实验室兼职研究员。博士毕业于德国海德堡大学现代语言学系。研究方向为心理语言学，主要关注德语和英语二语句子的预测加工与产出加工。研究使用行为实验、眼动技术与脑电技术探讨：1）二语预测加工的心理机制；2）句子预测对二语句法习得的效用；3）母语和二语句子产出的递增加工模式。主持广东省哲学社会科学青年项目一项、广东省青年创新人才项目一项，在《外语教学与研究》、《现代外语》、《Muttersprache》等CSSCI、A&HCI期刊发表论文多篇。

I am currently an Associate Professor at the School of European Languages and Cultures, where I serve as Director of the German Studies Department. Additionally, I am an affiliated researcher at the Bilingual Cognition and Development Lab (affiliated with [Institution Name, if applicable]). I hold a Ph.D. in Modern Linguistics from Heidelberg University, specializing in psycholinguistics with a focus on predictive and productive processing during second-language (L2) sentence comprehension in German and English.

My research investigates the cognitive mechanisms underlying bilingual sentence processing, employing behavioral experiments, eye-tracking, and EEG. Key projects examine how L2 learners generate predictions during comprehension, how prediction facilitates syntactic acquisition, and how sentence production differs between native and non-native speakers. I also study the acquisition of challenging German morphosyntactic features, such as grammatical gender.

My work has been funded by competitive grants, including the Guangdong Provincial Young Scholars Project in Philosophy and Social Sciences and the Guangdong Innovative Talent Program, and published in journals such as Foreign Language Teaching and Research, Modern Foreign Languages, and Muttersprache.
