About me

My research centers on bilingual lexical-semantic processing and morpho-syntactic processing in children and adults. I mainly use the event-related potential (ERP) technique which has high temporal resolution to reveal the real-time brain responses during language processing. I gained my doctor degree in Psycholinguistics from the School of Psychology, Beijing Normal University. Then I conducted my post-doctoral studies in the School of Philosophy, Psychology, and Language Sciences in the University of Edinburgh. I am now a professor in the Center for Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
